Woosha

Mental wellness · Panic & anxiety

A compassionate, clinically-grounded companion for panic attacks and anxiety. Built around evidence-based techniques — breathwork, somatic regulation, CBT reframing — with a soft, friendly character at its center because the moment someone needs Woosha is rarely the moment they need a clinical interface.

The Code Suite

Women's health · Three apps, one iron core

A platform of women's health apps anchored by the element your body uses to carry life: iron. FemCode for perimenopause. CoreCode for pelvic floor. FlowCode for bladder tracking. Each app does one thing well — each carries the same Fe at its core.

Built by a clinician. From the inside.

"Clinical knowledge and lived experience belong in the same room."

— Lindsay Izzo, Founder & CEO

I'm a doctor of physical therapy specializing in pelvic floor and nervous system rehabilitation, with eleven years of prior experience as an aerospace engineer at Boeing.

I built my first app, Woosha, after my own first panic attack convinced me that the tools I was teaching patients in clinic didn't exist in their pocket for the moments they actually needed them. Epic Media is what came after — a studio building what I wished I'd had when I was the patient.

03 · The studio 03

A small studio with a long horizon.

Epic Media builds mobile health apps for the moments most healthcare doesn't reach — the panic attack at 2am, the perimenopause symptoms you can't name, the pelvic floor pain no one explained. The work is informed by a doctor of physical therapy, supported by a licensed clinical psychologist serving as clinical advisor, and shipped by an engineering team that builds slowly and carefully.

Our portfolio is intentionally narrow. Two product lines, four apps in development, one founder who lived through every problem the apps are designed to solve. We are bootstrapped, founder-led, and not in a hurry to be anything else.
